Cypark International started in Malaysia with the incorporation of Cypark Sdn Bhd in February 28, 1999 as a landscape specialist. Several key clients, namely Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, were at that point moving towards outsourcing their landscape works.

The name Cypark was derived from the company's first design & build project - Cyberpark in Cyberjaya. The name reflects the company's vision to be the premier totally integrated landscape services company in the region and beyond.

What makes Cypark unique is that we have managed to integrate the three professional groups needed in a landscaping project - the civil environmental engineers, the landscape architects and quantity surveyors, and the accountants and cost controllers - to work as a team, therefore producing better results. We have also managed to integrate our suppliers to ensure that they provide the quality and support required.

The Cypark group is today one of the foremost integrated landscape services group in South East Asia, responsible for the landscaping of several prestigious projects such as CyberPark, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya Waterfront – Core Island and the 6-star Four Seasons Resort Tanjung Rhu in Langkawi and irrigation and water feature works at the KLCC Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur

Meanwhile, in the very competitive development industry in the Middle East where performers are given due recognition and non-performers quickly punished, Cypark has managed to build a reputation as a serious player in providing quality landscape services. We have carved a niche in the landscaping market in Dubai, where only a few players pre-qualified to bid for high-end fast track large-scale landscape projects.

With well-executed works at the Asian Games Village, Doha and the Burj Dubai Business Park phase II, Dubai as our signature projects in the Middle East, Cypark is now strategically placed to pitch for other prestigious projects in that vibrant and booming region.

Cypark has operating offices in Malaysia, Dubai, Doha and Riyadh and network offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Sydney, Bangalore and Xi’an, China.

Our team is made up of strong and experienced professionals include project managers, civil and structural engineers, architects, urban planners, landscape architects, financial planners, quantity surveyors, horticulturists, plant physiologist and environmental scientists.
