Cypark International is an integrated landscape and environmental services group that provides design and build services, build services and landscape maintenance. Cypark is also a supplier of plant materials, granites, and landscaping and architectural lighting. Cypark currently operates through its own offices and network offices in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, China and Singapore.
Cypark International started in Malaysia as Cypark Sdn Bhd, which was incorporated as a private limited company in February 28, 1999 as a landscape specialist as several key clients moved towards outsourcing their landscape works.
Artis
Botanica Corp (ABC), a wholly-owned subsidiary, is the maintenance
arm of Cypark. Using the most up-to-date landscape maintenance and park
management systems, ABC has maintained more than 600 acres of parks, sports
facilities, offices and childrenˇ¦s playground in Malaysia alone.
As part of the Cyparkˇ¦s expansion into the Middle East, Cypark Landscape Services Qatar WLL and Cypark Landscape Services Middle East LCC were incorporated in Doha, Qatar and Dubai, UAE, respectively. Several key personnel were moved from Malaysia to better cater for our clients in Middle East and provide a more dedicated localised service to this booming region.
In Dubai, Cypark was awarded the landscape works for the Burj Dubai, Business Park Phase II, Dubai Marina Promenade and Burj Dubai Lake Hotel, to name a few. In Doha, Cypark completed the construction of hard landscape works for the 2007 Asian Games Village amidst all odds. Despite major delays in being given the site to work on, Cypark completed this ˇ§near impossibleˇ¨ task beautifully and exceeding all expectations.
One
of Cyparkˇ¦s key strengths in the Middle East is our nursery in Al Khawaneej,
Dubai, UAE that has imported plants from Malaysia, Thailand and South Africa.
The nursery also serves as a testbed for the suitability of these plants in the
desert environment. Cypark has the license to import plants into the UAE.
Through dedication and sound management, Cypark has built a reputation as a serious player in providing quality landscape services. In Dubai, for example, we are one of very few market players pre-qualified to bid for high-end fast track large landscape projects.
