Stakeholder Engagement
Cypark values open and continuous engagement with all stakeholders including employees, communities, regulators, government agencies, institutions, investors, business partners and NGOs. These interactions ensure that diverse perspectives shape our priorities and strengthen trust across our operations.
In FY2025, we conducted an Employee Engagement Survey and introduced more activities such as team-building programmes, training and a sports club to enhance workplace culture and connectivity. With local communities, we held dialogue sessions, provided financial aid during monsoon seasons, contributed zakat and donations during festive and special occasions, and supported educational outreach to raise awareness on renewable energy. We also worked closely with government bodies to address local environmental and social concerns, including flood mitigation and infrastructure planning around our project sites.
Through these engagements, we reinforce accountability, foster stronger relationships, and ensure our projects create long-term value for stakeholders.
